Team Members-
As a team member you are the face of the company first to interact
with the customer. We a looking for individuals that are outgoing and always have a
smile on their face. We offer commission for membership sales.

As a team lead you are the shining example of what a team member
should be outgoing energetic and willing to help a customer at every aspect. Team leads
are the first in our chain of command and have a solid understanding of how the car
wash works and runs.

Mascot-
Our mascot is the image of our company always friendly and happy to meet
people weather for pictures at a local game or walking threw the parking lot at one of
our washes.

Assistant Managers-
Assistant Managers- You are the right hand of the Site manager able to handle any situation. You are the one that is maintaining our standards. An Assistant Manager will assist in ensuring that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience. Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations. Conduct daily preventative maintenance program according to schedule. Assess, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Attend the Point-of-Sale and oversee all transactions. Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order. Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile. Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.

Site Manager-
Site managers are preferred to have at least one year of car wash tunnel management experience but not required. Site managers are responsible for all day-to-day operations of the business including hiring, firing, cash management, quality control, customer service, employee training, chemical control, and tunnel mechanical operations. Site managers must be mechanically inclined to ensure equipment continues to function correctly. Must be able to handle high pressure situations from customers to employee challenges.
